Norway will probably ask the U.S. to jail anti-whaling terrorist Paul Watson and his fiancee Lisa DiStefano for crimes committed in Norway. Last year Watson was found guilty of attempting to scuttle the Norwegian whaler, Nybræna , and an indictment for his ramming the Norwegian Coast Guard in July last year, will soon be issued by the Public Prosecutor of Nordland county. As the case stands at the moment, the prosecution will, after judgement has been passed on the latter charge, most likely request that the sentence be served collectively in the USA, said the Nordland County Public Prosecutor in a letter to the High North News.
