    Does Greenpeace really exist?

The hitherto most well- founded and comprehensive book about “the Greenpeace system” to hit the market - “Greenpeace - Umweltschutz ohne Gewähr” (“Greenpeace - Environmentalism Without Responsibility”) reveals that in juridical terms, Greenpeace International simply does not exist. When Greenpeace is served with a lawsuit, it is difficult to find out who is actually responsible for the organisation’s actions. Liability disappears in a multitude of companies. At a trial in Norway where Greenpeace were being sued for criminal damage, the leaders of the action, who also occupy leading official positions in the Greenpeace system, claimed that they had acted as private individuals and not on behalf of Greenpeace.

The book was published in German in October of this year by the Neudam-Neudam publishing company. The authors are Ivar Aune and Nikolaus Graf Praschma.
