by
becoming
a
contracting
party
to
the
International
Convention
for
the
Regulation
of
Whaling (ICRW).
The IWC
now
counts 66
members,
including
Cameroon, Gambia, Nauru, Togo,
Luxembourg, Mali, Kiribati,
The
Czech
Republic
and
The
Slovak
Republic
which
have
joined
after
last
year’s
meeting.
